We're open 9AM-7PM weekdays and 9AM-5PM Saturdays. When you book online you gain access to our trainers availability. You can tell us all about your dog on the booking form, so the trainer has some background before meeting.

1. Login to your account on our site before trying to schedule a session.

2. Check the email address you are logging in with, is the same one the Pricing Plan was purchased with. (It might be your work/personal/partner's email address).

3. Refresh your browser, login to your account and schedule the service you require.

4. Try using the Google Chrome website browser, this works best with our site.

5. Join Smart Dog Training on the Spaces app. It’s the easiest way to manage bookings from your mobile. Download and join with this invite code: GHAYVD

1. Just after you 'Sign Up' and choose the Plan you want, you'll see 'Thanks for your Payment' message with a 'Complete your Booking' button below it, this prompts you to schedule a session. Be sure to tap this button (Complete your Booking), and follow the on screen instructions, you'll then receive the confirmation email.

2. Alternatively Login to your new account on the Smart Dog Training website, select the service you want, and schedule the session. You'll then see the title: 'Great! Let's Get Started!', input your name, email and mobile, check the 'I agree to the Terms & Conditions*' box, and hit the 'Book Now' button to complete your booking. You will then receive the confirmation email. Be sure to check your junk email folder incase of any spam filters.
